Light above, darkness below

Summary:

The Bible presents three main places that beings can be found: "in the HEAVEN and on EARTH and UNDER THE EARTH" (Revelation 5:13). 

- HEAVEN is ABOVE.

- EARTH is in the middle.

- UNDER THE EARTH is BELOW.

- DARKNESS can be found BELOW.

Jesus is the "true LIGHT" (John 1:9), being "the (One) coming FROM-ABOVE" (John 3:31).

An "angel FROM HEAVEN" (Luke 22:43) can be described as an "angel (of) LIGHT" (2 Corinthians 11:14). 

When someone is born FROM ABOVE, such a one is among the children of LIGHT. It is written that one can be "born FROM-ABOVE" (John 3:3). The Greek word for "FROM-ABOVE [anо́then 509 in Greek]" (John 3:3) can be translated as "FROM-ABOVE", as for example it is written later in the same chapter: "The (One) coming FROM-ABOVE [anо́then 509 in Greek] is above all" (John 3:31). Someone born from above can be among the "children (of) LIGHT" (Ephesians 5:8). 

The Father of LIGHTS is FROM ABOVE, as it is written: "every perfect gift-given is FROM-ABOVE, coming-down from the Father (of) LIGHTS" (James 1:17).

It is written about "the only (One) having deathlessness, dwelling (in) unapproachable LIGHT" (1 Timothy 6:16). 

Darkness can be found below:

It is written that those who do not enter the kingdom of the HEAVENS will go INSTEAD into DARKNESS: "I-say (to) you that many will-come from east and west, and will-lie-back (to eat) with Abraham and Isaac and Jacob in the kingdom (of) the HEAVENS. BUT the sons (of) the kingdom will-be-thrown-out into the outer DARKNESS. In that place, there will-be the weeping and the grinding (of) teeth" (Matthew 8:11-12).  

It is written about those who will GO DOWN "(for) whom the gloom (of) DARKNESS has-been-reserved foerever" (Jude 1:13).

Those on earth are given to choose between light and darkness:

- HEAVEN is ABOVE, where there is LIGHT.

- EARTH is in the middle.

- UNDER THE EARTH is BELOW, where there is DARKNESS. 

Those on EARTH are given to choose between LIGHT and DARKNESS. 

Jesus came FROM ABOVE down to the EARTH to bring LIGHT, as it is written when He came that "the people sitting in darkness saw (a) great LIGHT. And (for) the (ones) sitting in (the) region and SHADOW (of) death, (a) Light rose (for) them" (Matthew 4:16).

Those on EARTH are faced with a choice regarding that LIGHT, as "this is the judgment: that the LIGHT HAS-COME into THE WORLD, and people loved the DARKNESS rather than the LIGHT, for their works were evil. For everyone practicing bad (things) hates the Light, and does not come to the Light in-order-that his works may not be-exposed. BUT the (one) doing the truth comes to the Light in-order-that his works may-become-visible, that they have-been worked in God" (John 3:19-21). 

Depending on their choices:

They "WILL-BE-EXALTED-UP to HEAVEN" (Matthew 11:23) where LIGHT can be found.

or 

They "WILL-GO-DOWN as-far-as HADES" (Matthew 11:23) where DARKNESS can be found.
