Heaven, earth, under the earth

The Bible presents three main places where BEINGS can be:

Paul wrote: "EVERY KNEE SHOULD-BOW at the name (of) Jesus, (of) HEAVENLY (ONES) and EARTHLY (ONES) and (ONES) UNDER-THE-EARTH" (Philippians 2:10).

It is written: "NO-ONE in HEAVEN nor on EARTH nor UNDER THE EARTH was-able TO-OPEN the scroll, nor TO-LOOK (at) it" (Revelation 5:3).

It is written: "I-heard EVERY CREATURE which (is) in the HEAVEN and on EARTH and UNDER THE EARTH" (Revelation 5:13).

Heaven can be described as being above the earth:

Heaven is above the earth:

It is written: "the HEAVEN is HIGH ABOVE the EARTH" (Psalm 103:11).

It is written: "The (One) coming FROM-ABOVE is above all. The (one) being from the EARTH is from the earth and is-speaking from the earth. The (One) coming FROM HEAVEN is above all" (John 3:31).

Beings in heaven can look down from heaven, beings on the earth can look up to heaven:

It is written: "The Lord LOOKS DOWN FROM HEAVEN upon the children of MEN" (Psalm 14:2).

It is written about Jesus that "having-taken the five LOAVES and the two FISH, HAVING-LOOKED-UP TO HEAVEN, He-blessed (them)" (Mark 6:41).

Heaven is not of this world:

When Jesus was asked about being a king, "Jesus answered, “My kingdom IS NOT OF THIS WORLD. If My kingdom were OF THIS WORLD, my attends would-be fighting in-order-that I-might not be-handed-over (to) the Jews. BUT as-it-is, My kingdom IS NOT FROM-HERE”." (John 18:36). 

The kingdom of the Lord Jesus is "IS NOT OF THIS WORLD" (John 18:36), that is, it "IS NOT FROM-HERE" (John 18:36), not on THE EARTH. 

Instead, it would be from ANOTHER WORLD, in HEAVEN. 

Paul wrote that the kingdom of the Lord Jesus is indeed a HEAVENLY kingdom, as he wrote: "THE LORD will-deliver me from every evil work and will-save (me) into HIS HEAVENLY kingdom" (2 Timothy 4:18).
