From fleshly Jerusalem to spiritual Jerusalem:
Luke 21:
Jesus said: "when you-see JERUSALEM being-surrounded by army-encampments, then recognize that HER DESOLATION HAS-DRAWN-NEAR. At-that-time let the (ones) in Judea be-fleeing to the mountains" (Luke 21:20-21).
John 4:
A Samaritan woman said to Jesus: "our father worshiped on this mountain, and you (Jews) say that the place where ONE-MUST WORSHIP IS IN JERUSALEM”. Jesus says (to) her, “Believe Me, woman, that (AN) HOUR IS-COMING WHEN you-(Samaritans)-WILL-GIVE-WORSHIP (TO) THE FATHER neither on this mountain NOR IN JERUSALEM" (John 4:20-21).
Jesus here mentioned those who "will-give-worship" (John 4:21) to the Father neither on this mountain nor in Jerusalem.
