Can a human go with their spirit in a vision of another human?
Can a human go with their spirit in a vision of another human?
Summary:
A human has a human spirit, and a human can go somewhere with their spirit in the spiritual realm. In the Bible, it is possible in principle for a spirit to go in a vision of a human. Based on this, it may be inferred that it may be possible for a human to go with their spirit in a vision of another human.
Furthermore, there could be biblical evidence of a human appearing in a vision to Paul (Acts 16:9-10).
It is still important to note that it is not because someone has a vision of another person that therefore this other person necessarily came in their vision.

A spirit can go in a vision of a human:
In principle, it is possible for a spirit to go in a vision of a human.
For example: "ANGELS" (Hebrews 1:13) are "ministering SPIRITS" (Hebrews 1:14), and angels can go in a vision of a human, as it is written about "Cornelius" (Acts 10:1) that he "SAW IN (A) VISION clearly, as-if (it were) around (the) ninth hour (of) the day, (AN) ANGEL (of) God HAVING-COME-IN TO HIM, and having-said (to) him, “Cornelius!”" (Acts 10:3).
Another example: "GOD (is) SPIRIT" (John 4:24), and God can go in a vision of a human, as it is written: "If there is a prophet among you, I THE LORD MAKE MYSELF KNOWN TO HIM IN A VISION" (Numbers 12:6).
A human has a human spirit, and a human can go somewhere with their spirit in the spiritual realm. Based on this, it may be inferred that it may be possible for a human to go with their spirit in a vision of another human.

A human appearing in a vision to Paul?
It is written: "(A) VISION APPEARED (TO) PAUL during the night, (A) CERTAIN MACEDONIAN MAN WAS STANDING AND APPEALING-TO HIM, and saying, “Having-crossed to Macedonia, help us”. And when he-saw the vision, immediately we-sought to-go-forth to Macedonia" (Acts 16:9-10).
Is it possible that a "MACEDONIAN MAN" (Acts 16:9), being from Macedonia, would have come with his spirit and appear in a vision to Paul?
Not everyone we see in visions are actually their spirit:
It is important to note that it is not because someone has a vision of another person that therefore this other person necessarily came in their vision.
It is better therefore to check with the other person in case of a doubt if the other person is doing such things usually or not.
If they are doing such things, then knowing if they did it that specific night.
And if they claim yes, then asking them first what they recall happened.
If then it correlates with what was remembered to happen in the vision, then it might be the case that this was truly this person's spirit appearing in the vision.
