Is a human able to go with their spirit in a dream of another human?
Summary:
A human has a human spirit, and a human can go somewhere with their spirit in the spiritual realm. In the Bible, it is possible in principle for a spirit to go in a dream of a human. Based on this, it may be inferred that it may be possible for a human to go with their spirit in a dream of another human.
Furthermore, throughout history, there have been recorded testimonies of Christians going into dreams of other people.
It is still important to note that it is not because someone dreams of another person that therefore this other person necessarily came in their dream.

A spirit is able to go in a dream of a human:
In principle, it is possible for a spirit to go in a dream of a human.
For example: "ANGELS" (Hebrews 1:13) are "ministering SPIRITS" (Hebrews 1:14), and angels can go in a dream of a human, as it is written: "AN ANGEL (of the) Lord APPEARS (TO) JOSEPH IN (A) DREAM" (Matthew 2:19).
Another example: "GOD (is) SPIRIT" (John 4:24), and God can go in a dream of a human, as it is written: "GOD CAME TO ABIMELECH IN A DREAM BY NIGHT" (Genesis 20:3).
A human has a human spirit, and a human can go somewhere with their spirit in the spiritual realm. Based on this, it may be inferred that it may be possible for a human to go with their spirit in a dream of another human.

Testimonies of Christians throughout history going into dreams:
Throughout history, there have been recorded testimonies of Christians going into dreams of other people.
For example,
John of Lycopolis (4th century), one of the Desert Fathers in “The History of the Monks of Egypt”:
John of Lycopolis became famous for his ability to travel in his dream body. A saint of the Coptic church, John was well-known during his life as a hermit for his austerities; he lived in a cave and ate only fruit consumed after sundown. Emperors and generals consulted him, as a seer, on the outcome of future battles and political conflicts. He was attributed “mighty works” of healing and prophecy.
John was about ninety when a Roman tribune implored him to see his wife. She was anxious about a possibly dangerous journey by river and wanted the holy man’s blessing. John had not seen a woman in forty years, and refused to see this one. The tribune’s wife was persistent, swearing that she would not embark on her journey without John’s blessing. When the tribune reported this to John, the desert father said, “I shall appear tonight to her in a dream, and then she must not still be determined to see my face in the flesh.” The tribune reported this to his wife.
That night, John came to her in a dream. He told her modestly, “I am a sinful man and of like passions with you.” He added “Nevertheless I have prayed for you and for your husband’s household, that you may walk in peace according to your faith.” The tribune’s wife woke up and related the dream to her husband, who confirmed John’s appearance as she had perceived him. She sent her husband to thank him, convinced she had received a real blessing.
Not everyone we see in dreams are actually their spirit:
It is important to note that it is not because someone dreams of another person that therefore this other person necessarily came in their dream.
It is better therefore to check with the other person in case of a doubt if the other person is doing such things usually or not.
If they are doing such things, then knowing if they did it that specific night.
And if they claim yes, then asking them first what they recall happened.
If then it correlates with what was remembered to happen in the dream, then it might be the case that this was truly this person's spirit appearing in the dream.
